Embodying Kindness Every Day

Image
Project teachers created their  Kindness Ambassador IDs   to highlight that kindness goes beyond a single occasion—it is a way of living. With these IDs, we commit to embodying the values of our eTwinning project daily, serving as examples and protectors of a welcoming and positive school environment.

November Kindness & Creativity 💓

💓 Heartbeats – November Kindness & Creativity 💓 Spreading smiles, sharing love, and connecting hearts! 🎄 Christmas Card Exchange The Christmas season is all about sharing joy, warmth, and friendship. This year, my students took part in a Christmas Card Exchange with partner schools across Europe! Each child contributed to the design of the handmade cards filled with festive wishes, drawings, and creativity. Through this activity, our little artists practise English, express their imagination, and experience the true spirit of giving. When the cards arrive, we’ll create a Christmas Wall of Friendship   and Wishes to display them all — a colorful reminder that kindness travels across borders! Together  with our Christmas cards, we prepared a small surprise gift for our partners — handmade ornaments with dried orange and lemon slices and star anise. We called them “Citrus Heart...

Learning About Emotions Through Play and Creativity

Image
My students visited the Children’s and Youth Department of the M. Daukša Public Library in Kėdainiai District. There, they participated in an integrated educational activity titled  “Colorful Emotions in the Rhythm of Our Hearts” , conducted as part of the international eTwinning project  “HEARTBEATS: Cultures, Rhythms & Well-being Across Europe.”  Through games, reading, and creative activities, they explored how emotions have their own colors and affect heart rhythms, gaining insight into feelings, thoughts, and behavior while developing self-awareness and communication skills.

How Do I Feel in Different School Situations by Selin Berk

Image
"Emotions in Various School Moments" Whether it’s stepping into school in the early hours, collaborating with classmates, speaking in front of the class, or facing unexpected difficulties, each part of the school day can bring out different feelings. To encourage students to understand and express these emotions, we made use of AI-powered art tools. Through this creative process, we continue to nurture emotional awareness by highlighting the feelings that influence our daily school experiences .

Logo contest for our Heartbeats by Selin Teacher's students

Students first designed their own logos, working both individually and in groups. Some of them used Canva, while others created hand-drawn designs. The most appreciated designs were submitted as the school’s logo. After collecting all the logos from all partnes, the students reviewed them and selected the five logos they liked the most as the school’s top choices.
