💖 A Song from Our Hearts As our HEARTBEATS journey comes to an end, we would like to share one final gift with our partners and friends across Europe. Recorded live during our Grand eTwinning Fair on June 12th, this special performance captures the voices, emotions, and memories that we created together throughout this unforgettable year. Standing proudly on stage, my 4th-grade students performed our project song as a heartfelt farewell to all the wonderful friends we met through HEARTBEATS. Today we sing a farewell, but not an ending. The friendships we built, the kindness we shared, and the memories we created together will continue to live in our hearts. Wherever life takes us, a little piece of HEARTBEATS will always remain with us. Thank you for making this journey unforgettable. ❤️ Because some heartbeats never fade... 💖

  In class, we explored the meaning and tradition of dream catchers and talked about their special purpose. To inspire the students, I showed them a painting and two handmade examples before they began designing their own creations. With great excitement and creativity, the students used a variety of materials to make unique and colorful dream catchers. Each creation reflected the children’s imagination, artistic expression, and personal style. The first collage below presents all the wonderful dream catchers created by the students. It was lovely to see how every child approached the activity differently and produced something truly special. The second collage shows the decorative wooden tree where we proudly displayed the dream catchers before taking them outside to the schoolyard.   In our classroom at Dimotiko Scholeio Pafou 9- Koupateio, we explored the power of our inner voice and how the way we speak to ourselves can shape our feelings and actions. Through reflection, creativity, and collaboration, students learned to turn negative thoughts into positive ones, discover strategies to take care of themselves, and express their ideas with confidence. The Power of Words A special classroom experience with students, parents and Artificial Intelligence Today our classroom turned into something different. Students and their parents sat together at the school desks and participated in an experiential workshop titled “The Power of Words.” Through interactive activities and the use of Artificial Intelligence , participants explored how everyday words can influence emotions and relationships. The goal of the workshop was to cultivate kindness, empathy and respect as important tools for the prevention of bullying. 💛 January & Gratitude 💛 Small words. Big feelings. Grateful hearts. January is the perfect time to slow down, reflect and focus on what truly matters. This month, our classroom turned into a space of gratitude, reflection and positive thinking. Through creative activities, students practised English while expressing thankfulness for the people, moments and little things that make their lives brighter. 🌿 Gratitude Branch 🌿 Our classroom grew a very special branch — a Gratitude Branch . Students wrote messages of gratitude in English on colourful circular notes and carefully hung them on a real branch placed in our classroom. Each note represented something they were thankful for: family, friends, health, school moments or simple everyday joys.   💓 Heartbeats – November Kindness & Creativity 💓 Spreading smiles, sharing love, and connecting hearts! 🎄 Christmas Card Exchange The Christmas season is all about sharing joy, warmth, and friendship. This year, my students took part in a Christmas Card Exchange with partner schools across Europe! Each child contributed to the design of the handmade cards filled with festive wishes, drawings, and creativity. Through this activity, our little artists practise English, express their imagination, and experience the true spirit of giving. When the cards arrive, we’ll create a Christmas Wall of Friendship   and Wishes to display them all — a colorful reminder that kindness travels across borders!
