π Changing Our Inner Voice, Growing Our Strength
In our classroom at Dimotiko Scholeio Pafou 9- Koupateio, we explored the power of our inner voice and how the way we speak to ourselves can shape our feelings and actions. Through reflection, creativity, and collaboration, students learned to turn negative thoughts into positive ones, discover strategies to take care of themselves, and express their ideas with confidence. This journey is part of our HEARTBEATS project, where every voice matters and every student learns to grow stronger, kinder, and more resilient. π
