 HEARTBEATS NATURE Collaborative Acrostic Activity

As part of the Heartbeats eTwinning Project, our students took part in a creative outdoor activity that combined nature, collaboration, and emotional awareness.

Each partner school selected a letter from the phrase HEARTBEATS NATURE and chose a meaningful word related to the project's themes, such as empathy, harmony, resilience, hope, and togetherness. Using natural materials such as leaves, stones, twigs, and flowers, students created their chosen word outdoors and captured it in a photograph.

The photos from all partner schools were then uploaded to a shared Canva design, where they were brought together to form a collaborative HEARTBEATS NATURE Acrostic. This beautiful final product reflects the values, emotions, and connections developed throughout the project.

Through this activity, students explored creativity in nature, strengthened their sense of belonging to an international team, and celebrated the positive values that unite us all.

๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’– Logo Contest • Heartbeats at School • European Code Week ๐ŸŽจ Logo Contest At first, the students recorded their ideas on Mentimeter so that everyone in the class could share and get inspired by each other’s thoughts. This process encouraged active participation and gave every student a voice, making the activity truly democratic. Then, they began working on their logo designs . Some worked individually, others collaborated in pairs or small groups, while a few preferred to work digitally. Throughout this stage, the students showed great enthusiasm and creativity, enjoying the opportunity to express their ideas. This month, our classroom turned into a space of gratitude, reflection and positive thinking. Through creative activities, students practised English while expressing thankfulness for the people, moments and little things that make their lives brighter. ๐ŸŒฟ Gratitude Branch ๐ŸŒฟ Our classroom grew a very special branch — a Gratitude Branch . Students wrote messages of gratitude in English on colourful circular notes and carefully hung them on a real branch placed in our classroom.
